Charlotte Lynn Holyoak has been designing and selling Millinery and Horse Racing Headwear, Fashions for the field, for the past 19 years. In 1995 Charlotte started the Dubai based company ‘HATTITUDE’. Other products include hand bags and Shoes. Inspired by ‘Sex In The City’.

To assist the ex-pat women of Dubai in their choice of clothing and facinators to wear to the horserace, Charlotte started a fashion styling company called ‘Style is Not A Size’.

Bring this story forward to June 2008 and Charlotte has started a new contemporary millinery company called ‘MISSHATTAN’ (www.misshattan.com). It is an e-commerce website selling Fascinators for women to wear to Horseraces and Weddings. The company name ‘Misshattan’ was inspired from the location of the fabulous new chick flick ‘Sex In The City’. Carrie Bradshaw’s love of fashion and fascinators is a great ambassador for Misshattan.

Ms. Holyoak was awarded the position of ‘Milliner’ to the Dubai World Cup (the richest horserace in the world) in 1999. During Hattitude’s 10 year involvement with the Dubai World Cup, Charlotte won two ‘Fashion’s in The Field’ Awards: 2007 for the Best Dressed Couple and 2000 for Best Dressed Woman.

To compliment the millinery products sold by Hattitude, Charlotte owned a Dubai shoe company called ‘Ten Toes’. This company also sold accessories such as handbags and jewelry.
